Developing your skills at FCG

We organise tailored training courses for our employees and we strive to ensure that our knowledge is continually updated. We also invest in the development of leadership skills methodically and over the long term. 

FCG’s own management programme, the FCG Academy, is aimed at employees who have acquired lengthy work experience in projects with a high degree of responsibility. At the end of the training course, participants will have the opportunity to apply for the internationally valued IPMAC certification. Certification is part of the project management career path at FCG.
