FCG Finnish Consulting Group (FCG) has appointed Päivi Allenius (M.Soc.Sc.) as Chief Marketing Officer and member of its executive team as of 12 August 2019. Allenius will oversee the group’s marketing, external communications and corporate responsibility. The position is new within the group.
To support the company’s international growth strategy, Allenius will build awareness and visibility across markets. In addition to its operations in Finland, FCG has subsidiaries in six countries and development consultancy projects worldwide. More than 40 per cent of the group’s turnover comes from its international operations.

Allenius joins FCG from Tieto, where her most recent position was global Head of Stakeholder Relations. Before joining Tieto, she was Global Marketing Director at the travel technology company Hotelzon in London.
Päivi Allenius will be based at FCG headquarters in Helsinki and report to CEO Mari Puoskari.
