Ukraine has received financing from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency through a trust fund administrated by the World Bank toward the cost of the Urban Infrastructure Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services "Corporate Development and Capacity-building of Water and Wastewater Utilities in Boryspil, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kolomyia and Kremenchuk, Ukraine". The services include elaboration of a specific and well-defined set of corporate management, financial management, organizational and technical reforms aimed at modernizing utility management, strategic management, budget and planning, asset management, human resource management and financial performance of the target utilities. The project will be implemented in Boryspil, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kolomyia and Kremenchuk, Ukraine over a period of 15 months.
