FCG International won a four-year forestry programme in Tanzania

FCG International Oy and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland signed a contract on Monday, April 16, on the implementation of the ’Forestry and value chains development programme in Tanzania (FORVAC)

The four year programme has an implementation budget of 9,95 million euros. We will provide a core team of two international and five national experts in the field. The work will focus on improving value chains and increasing private sector involvement in the community and government forests; improving capacities, monitoring systems, and legal and policy frameworks in the forestry sector.
