We want to do what is right
Our trustworthiness and long-term success is built on conducting business in a fair and ethical way, the principles of which are reflected in our values and described in our Code of Conduct.
It is important that anyone who suspects that a conduct related to FCG or its projects is illegal or not in line with our values and ethical principles reports it. This gives us an opportunity to prevent and remedy the misconduct. Examples of matters that should be reported are corruption, bribery, breaches of human rights, safety for children, environmental damage, sexual harassment, conflict of interest, breach of competition law and discrimination. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all reports must be made in good faith.
How to report
The primary channel to report conduct related to FCG or its projects that is not in line with our values or Code of Conduct is:
- through your supervisor or manager, HR or member of FCG’s executive team, if you are an FCG employee;
- if you are FCG’s business partner or in contact with FCG via a project or otherwise, through your contact person or FCG’s management; or
- you can always contact a member of FCG’s Whistleblowing Team, consisting of the Chief Legal Officer, Chief HR Officer and Chief Finance Officer, to report a misconduct. Contact information can be found here
If you feel you cannot be open with your information, or you are unsure who to contact, we offer the option of reporting your concern anonymously by using our reporting channel. The reporting channel is managed by a third party outside FCG's IT environment. You can report anonymously but it may be easier for us to investigate the case if you leave an email or other contact. All messages and investigations are treated confidentially. Reporting channel: https://report.whistleb.com/fcg
The reporting channel can be reached on any device, including smartphones and pads.
