Through our services, we contribute to evidence-based development policy and decision-making and the strengthening of institutional learning and accountability. We collaborate closely with our clients to ensure that our services are aligned with existing organisational systems, structures and culture. We provide the insights and ideas needed to help our clients understand what works (and what doesn’t), why and how.

FCG is a reliable partner to the European Commission, SIDA, NORAD and MFA Finland and Netherlands in providing evaluation, monitoring and learning services.

Under the framework contracts with these clients, we have carried out hundreds of assignments contributing to continuous improvement on how international development programs are delivered.

Our evaluations are based on well-grounded, robust methodologies and carried out by monitoring and evaluation professionals as well as thematic experts. Through a close dialogue with the commissioning organisation, and by involving the main stakeholders throughout the process, we ensure the best utility of our evaluation products. Wherever possible, evaluations are forward looking, focusing on improvement rather than challenges.
