Input to the Evaluation at Sida Annual Report 2019 regarding decentralised evaluations
Sida’s Evaluation Unit (UTV) publishes the Evaluation at Sida report on an annual basis. The purpose of the report is to provide an overview of what and how Sida evaluates along with observations on emerging issues and lessons that can be used to strengthen evaluation at Sida and the effects of Sweden’s development cooperation.
The Evaluation at Sida Annual Reports include information regarding observations and current trends in findings, conclusions and recommendations from evaluations with regard to for example different thematic areas, the five perspectives in Swedish development cooperation, evaluation approaches and methods.
UTV decided to make a call-off from the framework agreement for evaluation services for a small assignment aiming at identifying general trends and useful observations from all decentralised evaluations published in 2019 (in total 32 evaluations), to provide timely input to UTV’s work with the the Evaluation at Sida Annual Report 2019.
This assignment is not an evaluation but falls under other evaluation related services under the framework agreement for evaluation services.
