An independent assessment of the state of Public Finance Management in the Ministry of Health in Mozambique. Tasks:

  • Take stock of previous reports and audits.
  • Assess progress towards agreed improvements and actions to date.
  • Assess whether actions taken have significantly improved the situation regarding asset management, procurement, archiving, accounting and other areas.
  • Provide recommendations both for aid management and improved public financial management.
