FCG International has won the contract for the implementation of the completion phase of the ‘Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Western Nepal’.
The project is a 5 year grant funded Finnish project in Nepal, working on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene issues (WASH). It is the sister project to the on-going ‘Rural Village Water Resources Management Project’ in Far West Nepal. So FCG will now be implementing both of the Finnish funded WASH projects in Nepal. Part of the reason for our success has been the excellent results achieved in the far west project.
The overall budget is 21,6 million Euro, and the total Technical Assistance budget is 2,9 million Euro (with an option for a further 1 million Euro). The project begins in September.
