FCG International is implementing the project "Learning together - Finland's support to Ukrainian School reform". The six months inception phase has been completed, and the Kick-off event of the project took place in Kiev on 15 March.
The Project was opened for example by Directory General of Finnish National Agency for Education Mr Olli-Pekka Heinonen, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Ms Liliia Hrynevych, Deputy Prime Minister Mr Kyrylenko Viacheslav and the Ambassador of Finland to Ukraine Mr Juha Virtanen. Mr Antti Karttunen, Head of Sector for Education, Skills and Innovations at FCG International emphasized the collaborative and peer-to-peer approach of FCG and it's partners Helsinki University Centre for Continuing Education and Faculty of Education Sciences.
The Finnish Education Days attracted nearly 400 participants from all regions of Ukraine. There were also a fair for the Finnish Education Sector companies, attended by about 10 Finnish companies.
