Christian is a Project Manager, Business Developer and Consultant, with a focus on Monitoring & Evaluation. He has seven years’ working experience in international development cooperation and in managing complex projects in multiple sectors for Sida, Norad and OECD. He has lived and worked in four different continents and before joining SIPU, he worked at GRM International’s London office managing their Sida portfolio. He speaks fluent Swedish, English and moderate Spanish.

Christian is an experienced facilitator in organising participatory seminars and workshops involving multiple stakeholders from the civil society, government and research institutes. In his profession he has worked with different types of qualitative M&E approaches including Appreciative Inquiry, Reality Check Approach, Utilization-Focused Evaluation, Theory of Change and Participatory Evaluation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Anthropology and has specific expertise in assessing civil society development and market development initiatives, among others he wrote his thesis on a workers’ movement in Argentina.
