Sofia Kliukina
Sofia is a Project Manager and Consultant in the business area Monitoring & Evaluation, working as an evaluation manager under the framework agreement with Sida for Evaluation Services, and as the framework manager for the agreement with Norad for Reviews of Civil Society Organisations. She has excellent skills in online survey tools like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey, which allow for advanced survey formatting and analysis. Sofia has worked closely with the OECD/DAC evaluation criteria and has developed the capacity to apply various evaluation methodologies and approaches (Outcome Mapping, Outcome Harvesting, Social Network Analysis, and Utilisation Focused Evaluation, among others). Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from St Petersburg State University and a Master’s degree in Peace and Development Work from Linnaeus University. Sofia is a native speaker of Russian and fluent in English and Swedish.
