Appraisal of Governance Programme 2008-2011

SIPU International performed an appraisal of the new four years Governance Program to promote good governance and public administrative reform process in the poor mountainous minority provinces of Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai and Dak Nong in Vietnam. The programme covered two main pillars: activities related to democratic reform and human rights education and activities related to the public administration reform master programme.
