Assessed the work of the Anti-Corruption Commission during the first term of support by SDC and the possibility of continued support. Explored the interest, opportunity and feasibility of introducing the One-Stop Shop mechanism for service delivery at local level in the context of decentralisation. In addition a proposal for financing of two district courts was also assessed.
