Belarusian policy-makers’ study visits to Sweden, Phase 2

The purpose of the project was to provide Belarusian policy-makers and managers the opportunity to study modern approaches and work methods in focussed areas: public sector development, gender awareness, regional economic development and energy savings. Resources were also allocated for a few additional study visits outside these priority areas. The assignment included preparatory missions to Belarus, study visits to Sweden as well as follow-up support to facilitate the implementation of new ideas and methods within the participants own organisations.
