The aim of this consultancy is to develop methods, approaches, and suggest partnerships that together contribute to:

· fostering and promoting collaboration for an enabling environment for an inclusive, open, free, secure, human rights-based and human rights-friendly use of the internet and ICTs

· capitalizing on the many opportunities that the digital space offers but also constructively addressing the challenges and threats to democracy and human rights that it can entail
