SIPU International was assigned to support Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with capacity building advice. Swedish EPA made a feasibility study of a future support to the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning in Macedonia and a SIPU consultant accompanied two missions to Skopje.
