Design a detailed programme work plan for financial aid to the Rwanda Natural Resources Authority (RNRA)

The overall objective of this assignment was to carry out an extensive work plan and external technical assistance addressing a financial aid programme to the Lands and Mapping department of the RNRA. This included the detailed programme of work, updated logical framework, and related indicators and targets ( drawing on the business case recommendations), this was accompanied by all necessary supporting documentation including risk assessment, work programmes with identified consultancy and support activities, draft Tor, etc. The Final programme included stakeholder comments drawn from a consultative workshop and any / all received feedback. ORGUT Provided ongoing support to the implementation phase through follow up support.
