Desk Study of Draft Civil Service Law

SIPU International provided the Swedish Embassy with qualified analysis of the new draft Civil Service law of Vietnam and recommendations on which areas of the civil service law, related laws and regulation that should be prioritised and further developed. The analysis of the Civil Service Law was made primarily from a transparency and accountability point of view, and based on the assumption that the aim of the Civil Service Law was to create a transparent and accountable public administration system for optimised service delivery. Particular emphasis was given to anti-corruption.
