Developing a project document for phasing out Sida support to Stone Town Conservation and Development Authority

The scope of the project was to prepare a phase out project document for Sida support to Stone Town Conservation and Development Authority (STCDA), as direct support to urban projects and programmes should be phased out within a period of two years in accordance with the new proposed "Swedish Cooperation Strategy to Tanzania 2006-2010". The project had been receiving support from Sida since 2002. A phase out programme had been done by STCDA which needed to be developed into a project document in accordance with "Sida at Work" and include a log frame. The consultancy prepared the project for STCDA and in close cooperation with them on cite in Zanzibar Stone Town.
