Development of Human Resources Development Agency

Upon the direct request of the Office of the President, SIPU designed and developed a comprehensive proposal for a Human Resource Development Agency (HRDA). The assignment was carried out in two missions and the last mission in cooperation with an institution from Mauritius, the latter identified by the Office of the President. Part of the assignment was to provide a regional consultant in the Office of the President to manage the process of creating the HRDA. After the delivery of the final proposal, SIPU was consulted for advice on the implementation of the plan.
