Ex-Post evaluation of a rural electrification project financed under the earlier concessional credit scheme.

The Rural Electrification Project II, also known as ESSE-FN-2008, was part of the National Social Electrification Programme of the Government of Honduras. The overall objective of the Project was to extend the electricity grid to rural and peri-urban areas with the aim of reducing poverty. The project was financed partly by national funds from Honduras and external funding provided by Finland.
