Evaluation of SCA Financial Management and Control System

SIPU International was contracted by the Swedish non-governmental organisation the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA) to evaluate the organisations financial management and control systems in Sweden and in Afghanistan. The purpose was to identify weaknesses of the systems and how they were used and suggest measures for strengthening the systems in line SCA ambitions for better financial management and control, improved level of accountability and transparency as well as accurate, smooth and effective flow of information.
