Evaluation of the contribution made by the Swedish Peace and Arbitration Society (SPAS) in the project ‘Human rights and Democracy Promotion in Chechnya’

The Swedish Peace and Arbitration Society supports human rights and democracy promotion in Chechnya via capacity-building support to a local NGO. The objective of this evaluation was to investigate the contribution made by the Swedish Peace and Arbitration Society (SPAS) to the project “Human Rights and Democracy Promotion in Chechnya”, and to provide Sida with recommendations on whether to continue support of SPAS’s cooperation with its Russian cooperation partner.
