SIPU International evaluated the Governance Programme implemented by OECD in cooperation with countries in the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa). The objective was to provide Sida and OECD with information on the results of the Governance Programme, focusing on the outcomes and impacts (in terms of increased efficiency, accountability and transparency of the public sector) achieved through the activities that have been undertaken within the Programme.
