Evaluation of UNDP support to National Human Rights Commission in Rwanda

The purpose of the project was to perform a concise review of the previous project of UNDP support to the National Human Rights Commission. In brief the assignment was to review UNDP’s previous program of support, analyse other programs of support to the Commission, organise a multi-stakeholder workshop, and elaborate a new UNDP program of support for a three-year period.
