External Peer Review of the Evaluation of the Results-based Approach and M&E in the Finnish Development Cooperation

Peer Review of the Evaluation on the Results-based Approach and M&E in the Finnish Development Cooperation, in terms of quality and utility. The quality of the evaluation was reviewed against the OECD/DAC Quality standards for the evaluation of development aid and against the EU Commissions’ evaluation report quality standards. Also, the check list of the nine quality criteria for Quality Assurance of the EuropAid Guidelines was used for assessing the quality of the report.
