Framework Agreement Agriculture, Employment and Market Development

In February 2016 a consortium led by FCG SIPU International, with ORGUT Consulting and Adam Smith International as partners, was awarded Sida’s Framework Agreement on agriculture, employment and market development. The purpose of the framework agreement is to facilitate for staff at Sida HQ and Swedish Embassies when procuring consultancy services in the areas of agriculture, employment and market development. The procurement of the call-offs within the agreement is competition based.

Among the strengths of the consortium are the following:

• A large in-house staff with expertise in the relevant sectors that ensure know-how and quality assurance of assignments.
• Representative offices, an extensive network of external consultants as well as a vast network of cooperation partners/ organisations world-wide, to ensure availability of international and national consultants for different assignments.
• A strong familiarity with Sida policies and thematic priorities within the relevant sectors.
• Extensive experience of implementing Agriculture, Employment and Market Development projects world-wide of different scope for a wide range of donors.
