Impact Evaluation of Rural Development Programmes in Viet Nam

The main purpose of the evaluation in accordance to Evaluation Guidelines of the MFA is to provide credible and relevant information and assessment of the two long-lasting Rural Development Programmes with practical recommendations to guide in the future decisions by highlighting experience and lessons learned to be mainstreamed to government policies and practices.
