The project aimed to introduce new environmental, climate considerations and concepts in the Jordanian construction industry, and revising the legal framework. The project aimed to have a sound environmental construction industry and to minimize energy consumption, which would have a positive impact in the urban environment and in the economy of the country. The Jordanian Royal Science Society, which was involved in the implementation of the project, required expertise on services procurement, and SIPU International was contracted to provide such support.
