SIPU International, together with Bannock Consulting, supported the Integrated Financial Management and Accountability Program at the Ministry of Finance of Tanzania. The support focused on three different components of the program (1) established an integrated macro-economic, budget and accounting system (2) established a management framework for human resource development and management and (3) enhanced public accountability and financial discipline and developed an effective Internal Audit Division.
