Interim Support for the handover of the Proni-project

Interim management of 8 project offices in five Balkan countries previously managed by Proni Jönköping on the assignment from Sida. The task assigned SIPU International was to maintain and develop the running of local NGOs through the existing local Proni programme project offices with some 90 staff members and a turnover of approx. 3.8 million Euros. All programme activities were also evaluated to support Sida's decision on further financial support. A possible new host organisation for the programme was identified and SIPU had a close cooperation during the handover period with Forum Syd to ensure an optimal handover of responsibilities.
