This three part project consisting of:

  • an assessment of land reform in Tajikistan, with recommendations for Sida’s future involvement in the sector (5 weeks)
  • support to the State Land Committee (SLC) in developing a land registration project (6 weeks). This involved organising and running a LFA workshop for project formulation
  • support to State Land Committee in service procurement. This involved managing the project tendering and tender evaluation process for the ion of consultants to run the land registration project, on behalf of, and with the SLC (3 weeks).
  • Follow up of support at the end of inception phase.
