The MARD – Sida Cooperation Programme (MSCP) on financial support to the various partnership mechanisms and trust funds at Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Developmemt (MARD) was initiated in 2005. The TA component implemented by SIPU International and SPM aimed at assisting MARD in finalisation and application of Sector Wide Approach in the agriculture and rural development sector or, if not regarded feasible, for different sub-sectors, as well as supporting developing the development of the MARD vision.road map process.
