SIPU, in cooperation with the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS), supported the Decentralisation Secretariat within the Department of Local Government, and the National Local Government Finance Committee to broadly review and assess the Malawian decentralisation programme and assist various actors to develop a plan of operation for future programme.
