Preparation of projects for submission to Chia Se Research Fund

The aim of the assignment was to assist in the implementation of the Chia Se Research fund which is part of the Swedish support to Vietnam. The purpose of the fund is to enable relevant research with the goal of alleviating poverty in Vietnam. The assignment entailed examining a set of proposals from Vietnamese research institutions, advising the Administrator of the Chia Se Fund on the selection of research teams, and finally, suggests alterations in the proposed research outlines to bring them into line with Chia Se’s requirements and the principles established for using the Fund.
