Sub-contracted by the faculty of Law at the University of Umeå (Sweden), SIPU assisted the Ministry of Justice in Vietnam with initiatives within the Vietnamese Public Administration Reform. The assistance focused on management development and internal reviews of the performance and organisation of activities within the Ministry.
