Study and alanyze the environmental conditions in the five Andean countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela; and identify activities and initiatives in which the European Commission should focus their future environmental support and actions in the region. The study should also contribute to the political dialogue in the Andean Community of Nations regarding environmental issues.
