Review of Finland’s humanitarian mine action programme 2016–2020
This review looked back on a four-year period of Finland's Humanitarian Mine Action, highlighted the strengths and weaknessess of the Finland's new HMA Concept and suggested corrective actions. Finland’s HMA budget for 2016-2020 was 12 million euro and it was channelled through multi-annual Framework Agreements with five partners in five countires as follows:
