Study to identify entry points to support waste management Kosovo

The objective of this assignment was to identify possible entry points for Swedish support to the  waste sector in Kosovo and identify the regions/municipalities, institutions, organisations and companies to work with. The report also identified different ways to leverage financial resources for this work (I e using guarantees instrument)

Sida’s thematic perspectives was taken into consideration, including poor peoples’ perspective, a human right’s-based approach, equality, and conflict. 

The primary intended user of the outputs of this assignment is the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina. The outputs shall help the Embassy identify and deploy Swedish support in this area.
