Through UNDP, SIPU International provided the initial senior technical advisor to the project, which aimed to support the Ministry of Home Affairs’ coordination, monitoring and evaluation role for the implementation of the PAR Master Program 2001-2010. The project also included a Support Facility to finance and assist in studies, evaluations, replication of successful models, and other PAR initiatives by provinces, ministries and other stakeholders.
