Support to PFM reform

SIPU International assisted the Kenyan government in the preparation of PFM reform strategy and planning. The assignments included assistance to Sida in joint donor missions to assess PFM reform plans, organisation and facilitation of LFA workshop with main Kenyan stakeholders to identify problems and objectives and design the PFM reform plan, drafting of the PFM reform strategy for the government of Kenya. After the draft had been accepted it was officially launched and work planning proceeded.
