Training course in Project Cycle Management (PCM), Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and cross-cutting issues

As a part of an International Training Programme on Medical and Psychosocial Services for Children in Especially Difficult Circumstances, the Project Cycle Management and the method of Logical Framework Analysis was presented to the participants of the course. Representatives of public sector and the civil society were trained in how to plan and manage sustainable projects. The issues which cut across all activities, like gender, HIV/AIDS, human rights, etc. were also part of the LFA training. Participating countries were Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Namibia and South Africa. The Training programme lasted for three years.
