Training Materials in Poverty, Gender Equality and Grassroots Democracy

In cooperation with national and local consultants contracted by the client, SIPU International assisted the Ninh Binh Public Administration Reform Project with consultancy and editorial services related to development of training materials on poverty alleviation, gender equality and grassroots democracy. The training materials were be based on modern adult training methodology.
