Sustainable Development 

We are committed to promoting sustainable development in our operations.

A significant part of our projects involves environmental consulting and mitigating climate change, as well as preparedness and adaptation, regional vitality, carbon-neutral circular economy, low-carbon communities, new energy solutions, and preserving biodiversity.

The principles of sustainable development and circular economy are an integral part of our project activities. They cover the entire lifecycle of all projects from goal setting to practical implementation – we strive to find the most responsible solutions considering the constraints set by the client’s assignment when working with clients.

We support daily well-being through lunch, recreational, and bicycle benefits. We take daily exercise breaks, led by FCG’s own Tulenkantajat group.

These internationally recognized standards demonstrate our commitment to quality management and environmental management. They help us achieve our environmental goals and improve customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognized tool for building and developing a quality management system. The ISO 14001 standard provides a framework through which we can improve the level of environmental protection.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to living and working ethically and sustainably, and to adhering to high-quality ethical and sustainable development principles in all our activities.

FCG’s Code of Conduct forms the foundation of our business and our relationships with customers, partners, employees, and other stakeholders. It reflects our commitment to ethical business practices and serves as an important guideline for each of our employees.

We also require that our partners, subcontractors, and suppliers conduct their business in accordance with similar principles as FCG and commit to following our Code of Conduct.

If you notice any practices that jeopardize our commitments, we encourage and expect you to bring them to our attention so that we can take the necessary actions.
