Training

FCG provides comprehensive training services for public-sector professionals, supporting skills development in management and administration as well as in specialised technical fields. Our experienced trainers and extensive public-sector expert network offer high-quality professional development in multiple formats, including classroom courses, webinars, online courses and organisation-specific in-house training.

Each year we deliver almost 600 training events covering a wide range of topics for municipal organisations, wellbeing services counties, parishes and companies that work with the public sector. Our programmes are designed to support professional growth in specialist roles, management and supervisory work.

Our training programmes are currently available in Finnish and Swedish only.
